A Program that partners with people across three equally important arms; Relief, Support and Equip.

Who are we?

A Christian faith based multi-generational, multi-cultural mix of people who come together weekly. We are defined not by age but by passion and purpose!

- through prayer

- through provision, of groceries, goods or funds

- us in person

Whether it be in one of these or in all three, our team would love to hear from you, and see you be a part of all that happens on Monday nights at Church.

Join the Program:

FaithCares Partnership Program exists to support people in need in our community; those who are in a low income bracket (whether long-term or short) with a Government Issued pension card.
